Covid-19 Update and Company Statement

Allweighs Weighing Services are 100% committed to keeping our customers up and running through this difficult period.

We are unsure of how long it will last, or how our staff, or our customers could be affected – we can just take it day by day and face the challenges put in our path. We will endeavour to keep the office manned but please use email as a primary means of communication.

We will continue to operate to provide goods and support to our customers and we are still attending all our customer sites as normal for any breakdowns and Calibration visits to ensure our customers are able to keep production going, some lead times may be rather unpredictable so please bear with us.

If you don’t have a contract with us but need our help as your existing supplier cannot get to you, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you with your weighing needs and requirements.

All our Engineers have face masks and surgical grade gloves/ hand sanitiser as well as their usual PPE to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. They will adhere to site rules and regulations and take part in inductions and health and safety meetings where required as well as carry out Risk Assessments prior to any visit. We will carry out our services under the Government guidelines and maintain social distancing at all times.

We wish all of our customers well in these difficult times on both a business and personal point of view and, as always, we are here to help with your weighing requirements and will do our absolute best to provide the support we can to keep the wheels of industry turning over the coming months.

Many thanks,

Kevin Scott
